Multi-user Environment
The application has now been upgraded to cater for up to 5 concurrent users working simultaneously- network facility.
User Access Levels
The System Administration has the facility to create different User Roles. Different access levels may be assigned to every role. Also , the administrator has the facility to assign rights on which fields a role has access to either view, edit or not even see.
Employees Termination Dates + Reports
This release gives the users the facility to enter a termination date for selected employees. In this case, people leaving the company will stay in the application, but no changes may be done to their details. Included with this there are three reports listing namely; All Employees, Current Employees, Past Employees.
Changes in Employees / Suppliers / Company etc details by Incident Reports
Perform changes to information holding Employees, suppliers and company details, even after issued. These can be done by raising an Incident Report

Audit Screen Changes
Full facility to plan, record and monitor audit progress.
Sequential Numbering of Issued Procedures
Issued Procedures will now have a sequential number allocated to them, making it easier to identify and display during an audit.
Printing of Charts
Organisation Charts and Flow charts can now be printed specifying different preferences, such as Landscape or Portrait, fitting in one whole page or prints on a number of pages.
Critical Limit accepts Boolean values
The Critical Limit functionality now accepts either the traditional values of Minimum, Maximum and Target values or a True or False value.
Backup and Restore functionality
This release incorporates an in build Backup and Restore functionality.
Improved Text Editor
New features include cutting, copying and pasting information from third party software onto the text editor.
Communication between other hardware
The application is prepared to interface with different types of hardware. Since machines vary depending on the business, particular modules will have to be developed depending on the machine the company uses.
Multi language
The system is designed to cater for a number of different languages. We will pass our representatives an application where a translator translates all messages. Together with this we will also pass a number of documents containing all the help details. Once translated we will compile a new help file and the application can be viewed in the desired language.
Working with other applications
Direct import of information from different file formats such as; Excel Sheets, Word Documents, Rich Text File and Text Files

Throughout the years, experience has showed us that once users start using an application, they start suggesting methods on how the system can ease their daily workload. Due to this reason we welcome any suggestions for improvements. Such suggestions would then be discussed, check what changes may be required because of the changes, prioritized, developed, tested and finally released.
Inputting records from the processing area.
Data inputting using eg; palm tops can be transferred to E HACCP
Customers currently using CPoint may transfer data to the E HACCP.
During installation, E HACCP, automatically detects if the old version is installed on the PC. If this is the case, E HACCP e will prompt the user if s/he wants to copy over the previous data. If this is the case all information will be imported into E HACCP, thus allowing the user to start working on the new application without losing the data generated from the previous version. |
