A 3-tier support program, designed to meet specific customers' needs.
Evaluation Period
On installation e-haccp has a 10 day evaluation period. If you do not register, the program will cease to operate. During this period you will be entitled to free technical support.
Initial 3 months free on registration
On purchase of software you must register so that we can provide you with the unlock license code. This will entitle you to a 3 month free technical support.
Maintenance Agreement
This provides you with 12 months technical support and any software upgrades issued during this period. If you take up a maintenance agreement on registration, you will SAVE 10%.
