The WFSO is consciously reviewing it's services to improve the facilities that are available for the Food industry , to ensure the High quality standards. Currently, the following initiatives are under development:

Special Interest Group (SIG)

The out put of each SIG will be published in the International Food Safety Review. It is seen that the activities of SIGs as a major contributor in assisting to meet the aims of the WFSO in it's role as a pressure group in the food industry.

Continuous Personal Development (CPD)

The scheme is designed to provide a bench mark for an internationally recognized measure of the quality and competence of personnel in the Food industry. Keeping abreast of the fast developments in the technology, education and legislations are integral elements in meeting the challenges facing the Food industry. Competency of food professionals need always be evident. The scheme is based on a scoring system that is verified annually. Many consultants and food practitioners regard the CPD as part of their portfolio.

International Food Safety Review

Video On-line Courses
